This website describes the services Omnify offers and lets you contact us. It does not take orders and does not process payments. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.

How services are contracted

• When you contact us, we discuss your needs and send you a written proposal by email.
• The proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, payment terms and the conditions for changes, cancellation and refunds for that project.
• A contract exists only when you accept the proposal in writing. If anything in the proposal or a signed agreement differs from this page, the proposal or agreement applies.

Many of our services are built on platforms such as Shopify, TikTok, social networks and AI providers. Those platforms have their own terms, fees and approval processes, which are your responsibility as the account holder. We cannot guarantee that a platform will approve an account, product or campaign, and we do not guarantee specific sales or audience results.
