Who we are

This website is operated by Omnify LLC, a Series of OtoCo Base DE LLC (“Omnify”, “we”). You can contact us about this policy at the contact form on our home page.

What data we collect

• Contact form. When you send the form we receive the name, email address, company, website, type of client, service of interest and message you enter, together with your IP address and the date of the request.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us by email we receive your email address and the content of your message.
• Server logs. Like any web server, ours records technical data for each request (IP address, browser user agent, page requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or cookies on this website.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and, if you ask for it, prepare a proposal (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
• To protect the form against spam and abuse — for example by limiting the number of requests per IP address (our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use the following providers to run this website. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting of the website, the contact form and its records.
• Resend (United States) — delivery of form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — domain name (DNS) and forwarding of emails sent to our domain.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States) — the website loads its typefaces from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when the page loads.

Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards offered by the provider, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep form requests and related emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Server logs are rotated and deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise these rights, email us at the contact form on our home page. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its date.
